Pork and Bamboo Shoots

A delicious pork and bamboo shoots recipe for you to try out

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked bamboo shoots
  • 1/2 pound minced pork
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Basil or Parsly leaves for decoration

Method

  • Cut the bamboo shoots into bite size pieces
  • Preheat the oil in a pan
  • Add the pork and cook until brown (stirring continuously)
  • Add sugar and soy sauce
  • Add bamboo shoots
  • Add 1/2 cup of water
  • Cook until the liquid has gone (stir as needed)
  • Serve hot and garnish with parsley or basil leaves
