Copper Sulfate - SCREW ALL OF THE LIBERAL CRAP!
KILL BAMBOO!
When your neighbor plants bamboo and they do not take proper precautions so as not to infest your property - you need to go on the offensive. Drive copper pipe along your property line in alternative lengths of six to twelve inches and then fill them with salt. KILL EVERYTHING!
Go on to "their" property and do the same thing which "they" inflected on yours. KILL THEIR BAMBOO!

I planted bamboo 4 yrs ago and it was only about 10 shoots now its got to be 150 -200 I cant control it! Does the copper pipes and salt work? How far between the pipes do u put them in the ground? And does it kill EVERY plant around it? oh and how long does it take to kill them?

I have no idea if that works as I haven't used it but maybe the person who wrote that will reply to you. I have had success in controlling bamboo by using the method here but you have to do it a few times

and I have also controlled it by just chopping off to ground level, then chopping all shoots off as they appear. It seems to get weaker and not spread, but it does take perseverance over a couple of growing seasons.

I've also found that a ditch around it works because the rhizomes do not seem to want to grow further once they reach the air.

 How did bamboo get political?

I'm a liberal and I freakin' hate bamboo. I would be happy to kill my neighbor's bamboo. Let's keep the political finger-pointing out of places where it's not relevant.
